neighbor problems
I have had a wood burning central heater for three years now and tonight my neighbor comes over and says his house smells like smoke and that I need to quit burning wood or he was going to make me quit. Because he had the right to clean air and that his wife has asamha and that they have lived In the neighbor hood longer than us and he has the power to make me quit burning wood. my question is does he have any legal grounds to stand on and can he get the law to make me quit burning wood to heat my house.

he can if it violates city codes or he gets a court order --otherwise no.
