Thank you for the info so much. I have gone to STA purchase sheet which shows each of my origional purchases. I then deducted the small amount paid as income for 2004-6 then that should be my origional amount thanks again all of you

Hi

I am new here but sent approx. 3000 dollars to Mr Inman.

I really am disappointed with this whole thing and especially how he used religion and God to sell this scam. Really it is the lowest form of fraud. He cannot believe in God or he surely knows where he is going upon his death.

True, but let us not wait for what awaits him upon his death.

It's much better to see for ourselves what he deserves while he's still alive.

Keep filing those complaints (see MW) and file your claim as well.

Don't throw out any information. Keep every record you have just in case it is needed in the future. I had a simialr experience two years ago and some minor documents turned out to be very helpful for the prosecution.

Dear Cheryl, what I now did was look up every purchase I had with an intgold order ID number next to it. Those would be my origional purchases. Is that correct? I will file a claim after I hear back from you. Thanks for being such a valuable source in here.

Thumbs Up Re: Fraud charges against Kim Inman

Your claim would consist of:

A, the total out-of-pocket amount you spent on EPC/WAC - via payment processor or credit card,

- minus -

B, the sum of any monies returned to you - via payment processor or check. Virtual "backoffice" amounts (repurchases) don't count.

If B is larger than A, you have no claim.

Go to the first page of this thread for the link and instructions.

Since you don't go online much, the easiest way to report to the FBI is through this link: http://www.ic3.gov/ Your report will then be sent to all appropriate government agencies.

Here I am...sorry I didn't see your post sooner.

Yes, if you only used Intgold, then the purchases by Intgold would be your original purchases.

If you used any other way to purchase, you would add those in too. Then subtract any withdrawals you received.

Your loss is your purchases minus your withdrawals.

There were expenses involved to payment processors too, but for simplicity sake it's best to forget those in this calculation.
