Thanks, but I was asking for an official update from the WLD lawyers

Even though WLD said they were taking the case as a public service
I think WLD should treat the YMMSS victims as they would any client

What I have seen so far is disturbing me and I am an observer that
was not in YMMSS. This case has been dragging on with no updates
and many have given up which is not helping the bring Kim Inman to
justice movement.

Also exactly what do you mean by "as a public service" ?
Please define this and what the fee arrangement is. I have not seen a
definite answer to this and other questions.

Thanks
F

My understanding is that there was no charge and no fee. I was emailed as much after I emailed world law. But you can always hire up your own counsel as well to deal with it.

I'm also disturbed by the "silence".

Having to read again and again about "seeking our own counsel" as an alternative for answers hints at expecting NO answers from WLD. If we were all to believe this and stopped checking-in here, wouldn't this be an advantage for Kim and his cronies? On THIS forum, it's only WLD who could provide us with the REAL info on what's going on...but they haven't delivered since the "announcement" which we thought was the beginning of the end for KI & Co.

Another funny thing....no comment over what took place at MW. Who bought into it? Who are the people in-charge at present? What happens now to their "consumer movement" against YM/STA? It's also been so quiet in there.

Omaha steaks, anyone? (yeah, i know.....bad joke......sigh!)

If you have not signed an agreement that says a fee is being taken (and agreed a specific fee) then no fee can be or will be taken...

So it is a free service in that case. That is what they have said.

MatrixWatch.org I mean com is being run by watchdog the owner

watchdog either forced all the mods out or fired them if they wouldn't resign

All the old MW mods have set up a new website http;//www.scamjustice.org

Mercinery was responsible for the consumer movement against YM/STA and
he is running ScamJustice.org

I agree.

No one is asking about about agreements, fees, etc. ....I suspect the ones who keep posting these type of responses are being protective of Kim & Co..

We want to know (from WLD ONLY) what's going on with the so-called "cases" against Inman and cohorts.
