Legal actions against Inman

Well World Law did get my money back in the siutation above. Thankful for that but frankly I am done investing online as it has been one problem after another.

Can someone explain how Kim Inman's acts are also criminal? What is the law on that?

In criminal law, fraud is the crime or offense of deliberately deceiving another in order to damage them, usually to obtain property, money or services from him or her unjustly. Or one can pretend to be collecting money for one reason e.g., but actually doing something else--or making promises that the culprit knows he cannot keep. Fraud can be accomplished through the aid of forged objects. In the criminal law of common law jurisdictions it may be called "theft by deception," "larceny by trick," "larceny by fraud and deception" or something similar. Fraud can be committed through many methods including mail, wire, phone and the Internet. Kim Inman's acts were clearly fraudulent IMHO.

Lawyers within the World Law Direct group have concluded a 90 day investigation of Kim Inman, his organization, and others that have worked with him.

WLD staff have decided, basically as a public service, to take legal action against Inman and others in the federal and state courts, and to consult in detail again with the criminal division of the IRS. DEAR WLD : PLEASE UPDATE US ABOUT THE LATEST HAPPENINGS IN THE KEN INMAN CASE AND YOUR ESTIMATE OF THE CHANCES OF AND TIMING OF RECOVERING SOME OR MAYBE EVEN ALL ( ??? ) OF THE MONIES HE STOLE FROM US BY FRAUD / THEFT BY HIS FLAGRANT, INJURIOUS, CRIMINAL DECEPTION AND MISREPRESENTATION.
HE HAS HURT MY FAMILY DEEPLY. WE LOST OUR BEAUTIFUL HOUSE; 3 MEMBERS OF FAMILY ARE SUFFERING DEEP AND ABYSMAL CLINICAL DEPRESSIONS AND CANNOT WORK.

If WLD had taken any action, they would have been very keen to post on here, whats the betting that no action is ever taken?.

Where are all the people that use to post in here?

I am not sure what i am supposed to say or not but I did receive a subpoena last week and had to give all of my information related to the accounting firm that Kim INman used. If Inman directed you to any accouting firm you may want to email WLD on the home page or whatever method you use and ask them about it. I would assume they will be updating on that point and a few others. By the way, it was not just them involved with the subpoena. I was not told that it was confidential so hope this post is okay.

I did not hear from World Law Direct against Kim. What happen?
