I think you may just want to send the info at that link that is provided--even if you post here. Not really necessary to post it here publicly unless you wish to do so.

Looking forward to seeing the culprits jailed at some point.

Are others besides Inman, such as the CFO for example, going to be charged at the same time?

I believe they are doing so without charge but reserve the right to consult with everybody about that if the situation merits for some odd reason...

The lawyers will also assist anybody that has problems or inquiries dealing with the IRS and/or the affected tax returns.

We will be posting information and instructions this week as to next steps. The lawyers are confident Inman will be brought to justice and that his (and other) assets will be seized and returned to investors.

If you need to contact the involved lawyers urgently for any reason, please use the web form on the home page of the World Law Direct site. (Click "Home" at the top of this page) or at this link: http://www.worldlawdirect.com/asklawyer.php -- There is no charge.

Kind regards. WLD support staff

I have added my information to to the above site, hope that we can get some funds returned, thanks for all.

I did a little checking and was able to find nothing regarding World Law Direct.

While they have a great writeup on their "Who we are" page, I'd like to know if they have any track record to speak of... What have they done? Where have they done it? How successful have they been?

Should this actually take off and an action is filed, YMMSS "victims" like us deserve the best representation possible, especially since this is not being offered pro bono.

What do you mean it is not pro bono?

I have not signed any fee agreement?

Also i did get money back in the architects of wine fraud and did not pay for that when world law took action.

But you should hire your own lawyer and pay him if you want to have your own personal sevice i would agree. You can still take a separate action. i unfortunately lost all my money at this point to inman.

I heard WLD is a front for YMMSS, to throw us off the trail. You should find us a better lawyer.

As has been stated many times, World Law Direct is doing this "as a public service" - either because there are no funds to recover, or for publicity, or both. Worst case scenario: the original agreement was for a standard 33% contingency fee.

A person of your intelligence should be able to learn of WLD's record of successfully prosecuting Ponzi schemes. The obvious alternative is to hire your own counsel.
