STA shuts down !!!!!!

Anyone who has cheated and stolen from anyone deserves the highest prosecution as it has been happening too long and too often. Anyone who has been falsely accused and slandered based just on specualtion also deserves to have their name fully cleared. It should be fair all the way around. The truth will show and win.

Lawyers within the World Law Direct group have concluded a 90 day investigation of Kim Inman, his organization, and others that have worked with him.

WLD staff have decided, basically as a public service, to take legal action against Inman and others in the federal and state courts, and to consult in detail again with the criminal division of the IRS. The lawyers will also assist anybody that has problems or inquiries dealing with the IRS and/or the affected tax returns.

We will be posting information and instructions this week as to next steps. The lawyers are confident Inman will be brought to justice and that his (and other) assets will be seized and returned to investors.

As you might imagine this news is
quite welcome by the many victims
of the YMMSS / STA scheme --

It would seem there is a bit of momentum
building as more scam victims are stepping forward.

I would ask -- what is meant when you state
that WLD is taking action as a public service?

I understand that you may not answer here
but I thought I would ask the question anyways.

Also - what (if any) information are you or will you
be seeking by victims of the YMMSS / STA scheme --

Perhaps that info will be forthcoming in a future
announcement but again I thought I would ask just the same.

Yet, they still nag in desperation...thinking that WLD was not going to take any action. Ha!!!

Keep filing those complaints, folks! Let us not stop here. This is the time when we do our part to turn the tables on the guilty.

The truth is all that is needed from each and every individual. Anyone who has been hiding from truth or trying to cover it up will only be hurt more in the end. Getting down to the bottom of the whole truth and bringing it out in the open sounds perfect.

I think it is fair to assume that "as a public service" means that the lawsuit/s will be brought against the guilty parties at NO COST TO THE PLAINTIFFS ( meaning the membership)
...at least this is my interpretation, having seen other litigations worded this way.

Looks to me like the days of the scam artists being able to run and hide are over with ...and not just the parties mentioned herein, but on a global scale. So i guess they will need to think things thru before they try and scam .
