STA shuts down !!!!!!

The last two posts are right except one important fact that is still being overlooked no matter how many different times is is bein explained. Accusations are not OK to just spread around without having full evidence, and not just hearsay and assuming. Doing this can can come back to haunt those who are spreading it in the end for damaging other's people's reputations after they then prove themselves innocent. This isn't a game and it is a lot to think about properly. No one should ever just jump to conclusions and think they have the right to damage people's character this way just because they worked on the staff without having your own consequences in the end, too, if that is the case.

Unfortunately many if not all involved are hiding and lying and covering up their actions so it is not so easy to get to the truth. How about having those innocent people submit to a deposition under oath; I am sure that could be arranged by the lawyers.

To say "Unfortuanately many if not all involved are hiding and lying and covering up their actions so it is not so easy to get to the truth" would be a ridiculous statement if that is the reason for spreading lies about the staff. As everyone knows they were just a staff and they simply didn't handle or control money which is why their innocence would be easy to prove. But then the tables can be reversed against those who have been spreading the many lies about them all over the web and to the authorites, and that's why this is not smart or to the benfit of those people spreading it. For some odd reason the people who have been doing this aren't thinking about it now but instead have only been focused on spreading around whatever trouble they can for those staff members, not concerned about any later consequences for themselves. It simply isn't smart. Complaints should always be done carefully, not like an out of control gun angered slinger who wants to keep shooting away in the streets first and doesn't think about his own fate later for taking that action.

Unfortunately WLD encourages this kind of hit and run accusation by letting anyone post to this forum without registering. True, registering won't stop it from happening, but might at least give people some notion of accountability. How are you going to take "Unregistered" to court for defamation?

That is a decent point Cheryl, although there are some intelligent people here and elsewhere who are using common sense when posting and not just saying anything they can that they think will hurt others, even though there isn't vailidity in the words, it is even worse in some other websites where this has also been happening. If the people who do this expect something someday in their favor that is when they will start answering or lose out. This is why it is the complete wrong path to take and some refuse to see it. Let them keep making it worse for themseves in the end since they don't want to see the sensible advice that many others kept trying to tell them.

Sounds like Cheryl writing about her own posts pretending it's not her. Look get off it Cheryl--focus on Inman and his clear crimes--you are lost in a tit for tat silly debate. Those who helped him will pay, be sure. I have seen it before.

"Cheryl" can you tell us who you are and where you live? Take a stand! Act like any public person would do if you have these strong opinions and apparent knowledge that I don't have. If you stand behind those statements then I will more likely believe that you and Jim are innocent? Or are you just a front for the thieves?

Tell us....are you continuously repeating yourself (ad nauseum) to protect the entire staff? Can you speak for the innocence of each and every one of them? Why aren't you making the same threats over at MW, where a lot more has been said? What about the lies you and your staffmates have spread in the past (Inman is good; things will work out soon; etc.) on the old YM/STA (spit!) forum? Who are you to speak for the entire staff?

An earlier post said that the authorities will make their decisions in the end. Why don't you just leave it at that and spare this forum from your blah blah's? You're only aggravating the situation.

Patricia, I have always posted here with my username and that includes my zip code; so anyone can tell where I come from.

What part of my post do you have a difference with? Do you support people posting lies about other people anonymously? I don't and wouldn't do that and I have never been aligned with Jim, or Kim, or Mike, or Steve; so what are you accusing me of? Please read my posts in this forum and you will know my position in all of this mess.

I have worked endless hours to help YMMSS victims find evidence to fight their scam 1099's. My regret is that I was not able to help more. What have you done to help?
