That's quite right, username's mean nothing. And for anyone to say let Kim's employees try to defend themselves to the judge, jury, and prosecutors, it is these people saying that and those who are spreading the lies who would be in for a very rude awakening, because that staff could prove themselves easily against these outrageous lies being told about them on the internet and to any government agencies. The very people spreading all of this still don't see it since they keep speaking from only their emotional assumptions over their anger of losing money and will target anyone they can wrongfully. Yet, NO facts which are needed. These people throwing around and spreading this crap about others who didn't steal or lie about anything have been destroying their own crediblity with any case they're trying to make. It doesn't take much common or legal sense to see that. The truth could be proven in any court, anytime, easily. And these people spreading the lies about others are the ones who would finally then need to start answering to prosecutors, judge, and jury, and from any counter lawsuits for defamation of character & more in the end. It isn't hard to figure out.

I feel the term "losers-in-denial" may be a bit harsh, because we were all members once upon a time. However, there's no doubt the belief of some over there who still believe "Kim really tried his best" is too incredible to describe in words. I think they will NEVER be convinced otherwise, so l'd like to suggest that we keep moving on towards our goal of seeing justice for all the hurt that's been done. The best is yet to come, and we're gonna see who's really gonna have a lot to answer in court.

Ok, how about idiots-in-denial? It's not as harsh, but it still rings true.

Some of these rusty and annoying cheerios and ex-mods talk about defamation of character while they used to treat forum "truth-seekers" like crap and even banned them to add insult to injury. No way are some of us going to allow them to come here and attempt to influence other members from venting. They continue to ban people who don't agree with them on their useless new forum, so doesn't that make them a bunch of hypocrites?

You bet some of us are going to be hostile towards them.

Filing complaints over money that was lost is perfectly understandable. Some mods were hostile, but not all of them. But some information that was given by some people in here is just targeting and mud slinging against all of the staff by claiming they all were grabbing or stealing money. That isn't smart, it is outright lying and hoping it will stick, and it is not OK. Keep in mind
the staff didn't control or handle the money that came in, they were merely working there. Always remember anyone on the staff would be able to prove it and the people who were falsely spreading the lies about them could then see backfire against them. It's common sesne. Filing complaints should be based on the truth and not openly trying to just make as much trouble as possible for everyone there otherwise there could be some negative results. Logic needs to used in any case.

I think the last person is a little naive, Kim Inman and gang all new what this was about. But don't worry about the others after Inman; if they are innocent the federal prosecutors will let them go. If not they will go to jail.

Frankly if I were one of them (and truly innocent), I would go to the prosecutors first. Before they come a knockin'.

If you don't like what's being said here, go back to that new STA forum and ban people who don't agree with you.

You keep saying the staff can prove their innocence in court. Well, go ahead and do so. I, for one, never accused ALL the staff of stealing and lying. Those that can't prove themselves will end up with a "negative result", but the same time, people filing complaints also have the right to name ANYONE they think should be questioned. As said on an earlier post, "let the prosecutor decide". Now that's logical.

In the end, it's the authorities who'll be deciding who gets questioned and who doesn't.

Those with nothing to hide have nothing to fear.
