I'll bet fat ol' Kim is laughing his a** off thinking that NO PROGRESS will be made. Since he and his cronies had it all planned from the start, I really think he feels he's got his bases covered at this point.
Prove him wrong, WLD! Prove THEM wrong! Make sure he gets to fry in his own fat till his insides boil and his body starts to burst.....POOF!!!.....and make it splatter all over his associates! Esto, JimH, Barry, Mike, Nori, Booma, the list goes on. Get 'em all...even those who still show no remorse by milking the situation...including those who continue to promote other scams to the gullible fools. Esto (again), Martial Artist, Cashmound, the list goes on. If they get away, we will surely see more scammers like these feeling more encouraged to come-in and do the same to even more people. |

Don't think for one minute JimH had any knowledge about STA closing down. He was floored and hurt badly by it and was working his tail off to make a success out of that company up until the minute he heard the sudden devastaing news with everyone else.

With all due respect, how can you know Jim H. had no knowledge of what was to come. The hand writing was on the wall for a long time. Yes he did work very hard. He is a nice person also. But IMHO he did have more then a clue. We are all intitled to share our opinions here with out bias and for that we should all be grateful.

Could Jim have been that stupid? If he had more than a clue, that's even worse!
Perhaps he was a nice guy, but that doesn't equate to being smart. |

He knew exactly what what was going on, and I hope he is also convicted or if he wants to avoid that he should be going to the authorities or the WLD lawyers now!

Absolutely!!! He played his "Mr. Nice Guy" role to the hilt.
Otherwise, Kim found himself the stupidest, most gullible person in the world. Sadly, MANY believed him to the very end. Who's more gullible now? Moral: Even crooks can be nice. Remember Kimmy's "jolly laugh" whenever he was faced with tough questions? Jim's such a nice guy, that he's participating in the so-called "resurrection" of STA being planned by the "ponzi players" who are taking advantage of other gullible folk (see MW). That seemed to end his temporary depression. LOL Those who still believe STA could work, what're you waiting for? They're calling you back into their dream (and in their pockets). Go!!! |

Jim said he was purchasing WAC's through 2007 until STA closed down and his back office records show it and he was going out and selling PPUV ads to local merchants in his hometown. He really pushed hard to make it succeed for everyone and wouldn't have done what he did until the day STA closed if he knew anything about that ending coming, and others on the staff didn't know either because as many people know now they weren't told or warned at anytime either that the business was in danger of bankruptcy. The sales team was trying to sell retail ads every week, and they, the staff, and the IBA's who were on the weekly coinference calls all believed success would defintely happen in the retail market. They now have the shock of their lives and they are hurting after the STA business they believed in for so long couldn't sustain itself from not enough continuing sales by the advertisers who tried advertising with STA at first but then were stopping their ads because of the programming glitches that continued and always holding up the ads from being shown or displayed for the advertisers properly, and the dedicated IBA's and staff saw it turn into a flop before ther eyes.
