Regarding the 1099's..


My strategy with them is this, as far as the 1099's are concerned:

Over the course of the next year, I plan to send KIM INMAN, several certified letters, return receipt requested, DEMANDING that they send me copies of ALL CHECKS copies of front and back (showing my endorsement)which would support any and ALL 1099'S they might send me. I will also state in my letter that I plan to hold Kim personally and corporately responsible for all costs, AND OR DAMAGES WHICH MIGHT RESULT . which I might encur. I will advise him that copies of my letter will be sent to the IRS, the SECURITY EXCHANGE COMMISSION, the INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF STATE, as well as the INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS...AND ALSO I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE US POSTAL SERVICE, CRIMINAL DIVISION, alleging MAIL FRAUD.
I will put as much HEAT on these clowns as I possibly can in the interest of all members who were scammed" by this bunch !

I encourage everyone to consider doing this as well...but send all such letters RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED, SO AND COMPANY WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN for receipt, AND CAN'T DENY receiving those letters.

I also urge everyone to contact the local newspapers in VIncinnes, Indiana AND GET THEM INVOLVED.

LET'S PUT AS MUCH HEAT AS WE CAN ON THESE CLOWNS !

I applaud your enthusiasm!!

However, you might want to eliminate the US SEC from your list. They enjoined Charis Johnson/12DailyPro/Lifeclicks LLC and appointed a receiver-who is taking the lion's share of any monies.

Go gung ho at the Indiana AG's office, tho!!

WLD can usually override the receiver if need be and collect funds--as they did in the "Architects of Wine" scandal, where I unfortunately also initially lost some money but did recover the principal amount after two years. Don't fear the SEC's involvement.
