EEK! Friends, please be prepared

Even IRS employees can get screwed for advocating truth.

Put your best armor on by getting those proofs of FMV.

The IRS is not going to disagree with us on this issue. The tax documents Inman has sent are bogus. Lawyers agree.

Thank you for your comment, "unregistered." Yes, our WLD lawyers agree, YMMSS/STA is a scam.

May I suggest that the more urgent matter NOW is getting the IRS to agree that YMMSS/STA is a scam?

And, can we agree here that the IRS can be extremely unsympathetic to those whom it views as trying to avoid paying their fair share? And that the IRS is rather well-known for demanding PROOF of whatever you tell them?

And THEREFORE, at the very least, can we agree that we need to back up our claims with PROOF that WAC have near-zero FMV??

BTW, have YOU called the IRS yet today to CONFIRM YOUR STATEMENT?

FYI: WLD attorneys HAVE agreed to handle the civil matter IBA v. STA on a contingency basis for us, but they will only help with the STA WAC 1099'S FOR A FEE. I know this because I am the one who brought them on board.
