Contact Vincennes Indiana Police

I called the IRS today.
She said to go to IRS website and download 3949A form to report.

She also said to contact local police.
That wouuld be Vincennes, Indiana police department, at least according to addres on the fraudulent 1099.
That police department phone number is:

What good can the police do in a situation like this?

They can investigate Kim Inman for fraud!

Yes; investigate and perhaps motivate some return of ill-gotten gains / salaries / "expenses". Certain of the several Fed enforcement agencies also want you frst to complain to local police about misrepresentations amounting to theft.
