A Sept. '08 rumor, unconfirmed: "Kim Inman has already been audited by the IRS for Income Tax Evasion and is presently making monthly payments on his behalf.

And, "... the Indiana Secretary of Securities and Exchange IS going to prosecute Kim for defrauding the 28,000 citizen of Indiana, taking 400 citizen to court as witnesses from two counties around Kim’s home in Indiana. If convicted each count carries an EIGHT Year prison sentence. Also the FBI has an open investigation on Kim Inman in their Dallas TX. branch."

Why are these people still free after taking so much from so many? WLD, since you took this case for us "as a public service," would you PLEASE give us an update??
