Lightbulb My Official Resignation from STA

Please let this be a public record of the day this has happened:

December 18, 2006

Success Through Advertising

Re: Account of username Cheryl20772

To Kim Inman and Mike Hamilton,

This is an order to you to close my IBA account with YMMSS/STA/Success Through Advertising. I am hereby severing my relationship with STA and I repudiate any ownership of any of the following: the $2,300 in the accelerator table in that account, the $11.76 in the Unpaid Earnings, the 369 reading credits and 340 WAC’s in that account, and anything else which you deem to be of value to me in that account. Do with them as you want, but do not consider them any property of mine. I repudiate any future claims to anything in that account.

Also, I do not expect to receive a 1099 form from you for 2006. I have received no income or benefits from you in 2006 from that account.

I will follow up this letter by unsubscribing via the help desk, and according to your instructions, from all STA email subscriptions.

Wishing you all the best in the future,

Username Cheryl20772

Anybody receiving a 1099 should report the event to the IRS and FBI as pure fraud. The IRS will prosecute and will jail Inman, his helpers, and others in time.

I have my form 3949 all filled out and ready to go. If they send me a 1099 after receiving my publicly and privately submitted resignation, 1099 will be attached to 3949 and both will be submitted to IRS immediately on receipt.

I would encourage anyone else in a similar position to do similar action to mine. I have slammed their door, but I leave nothing behind to regret. I fear IBA's are a sorry bunch following Kim chasing after rainbows. They are ever hoping that the pot of gold will appear. My heart grieves for those who got themselves trapped there when they invested their retirement money and now have lost it all. YMMSS was a dream that went terribly wrong and now STA has been built on that shifting sand foundation. I believe that no one can build a legitimate business on a ponzi foundation.

I just received in today's mail a 1099 from STA for WAC credits that are worthless. Any advice as to what I should do. I have never been paid any money with YMMSS/STA. Any advice would be appreciated.

EEK! Re: My Official Resignation from STA

I just got a form 1099 in the Mail today saying I got paid $1600.00!

I am mad as hell, I have not even logged into the site or even thought about this scam for over 2 years. They got me for $300.00 back after my Mom got me caught up in the hype in 2004 and I ended up just chalking it up as a loss.

I wasn't even going to worry about my $300.00 becasue I figured it was my fault for being foolish enough to believe the crap they were spewing.

My mom went on crusies with those bums and was sold on the dream. She probally lost over $20,000.00

Now after not hearing anything from these scam artist for over 18 months, I get a 1099 saying that they paid me $1600.00.00!!!! Boy am I pissed.

They even sent me an email over a year ago telling me that I was suspened for not looking at my ads.

Now they want to try to say that they paid me something.

What nerve

Inform the IRS. It is tax fraud and it will be dealt with. Investigators are already meeting with some people.

This is also mail fraud. File a complaint with the postal service.
