Thumbs Up Re: ymmss

Just wanted all of you to know that I had some good news from the IRS regarding the phony 1099 sent to me by Kim. A fellow ymmsser posted a laetter on Matrix watch which I copied. I filled out this copy with relevent facts pertaining to myself. Also filled out a 3934a and when I received the cp2000 from the IRS, I filled out the part that said I dispute all of the above and did not sign it but sent all of the info back to the IRS. Today I received a letter from the IRS, thanking me for sending the information and helping them to clear up the discrepincies between myself and YMMSS. They said I did not owe the $750.00 and if I had sent any money to them they would refund it.

Kim is finally getting what he deserves and it may take awhile but I think he will be going to the big house for a long long time.

Do you have any resources suggesting that Kim Inman is going to be charged?

Just because the IRS straightened everything out with your own personal fake 1099 doesn't mean they even have a clue where he currently is. I figured Inman escaped to a private island by now. I guess I can't blame him. I'm sure if he ever made a trip back to the States, there would be plenty of angry individuals ready with guns.

He is still in Indiana.

You can drive by his house. Dumped his wife too, partly so she would not be charged in my opinion. She has been questioned by authorities.

The arrogant dirtbag stayed in the States? That does surprise me a smidge.

Any more information on this?

You need to revisit the accountant and make him or her fix it. Don't they guarantee their work?
