I want in on that suit also. What did they do about your tax statement? I don't know what to do about it. I couldn't beleive they used God either. I was told that he was one of the best Christians you would ever find. I did not lose but about $500.00. I am so glad that I stopped sending money to my account. Good luck! Yes, I would like to join with those who have already said they have been taken advantage of by YMMSS or Success Throuogh Advertising as they call themelves now. I didn't lose much before I caughty on to their scam but when I received a tax form showing that I made money when I did not I just about blew a gasket. They want me to pay for their tax liability??? I didn't receive one cent from that company so why should I pay any taxes???? I am mad, I can't think straight. I just hope the IRS does not give me any trouble with this problem.

Hi all--

I have had no reply to my letter to the IRS, so as soon as possible, we'll be taking the false 1099 directly to an IRS office. I want answers, not just for me, but for all of us. Tax time will be here quicker than anybody wants and we've got to know what to do.

When I know what an IRS official says, I'll post again, and in the meantime, if anyone else has talked directly to the IRS about this fool mess, please post.

My local agent said to file an affidavit outlining the fraud. They apparently have some information about it already.

Yeah, I bet they've heard LOTS about YMMSS. We've downloaded some kind of fraud form we'll take to the IRS office; hate to be stupid, but is that what you mean by filing the affidavit?

If you pay on the 1099 you are a fool. Make sure you hire tax assistance if you have not done so before. You are part of a great big fraud that is going to be resolved eventually.
