Jumping back in here and getting back up to speed...

I've been offline a couple days, and I was shocked at the content on post 44, the post defending STA.

I'd quote some from it, but it's almost a ethical violation of forum space to repeat anything that defends YMMSS/STA. ...Makes me wonder if Inman himself wrote that one! If ever a company was guilty of financial rape, YMMSS/STA is it. Oh, were all the repeatedly lied-to victims "asking for it"?

I wrote a detailed, information packed letter to the IRS about this idiotic YMMSS/STA mess, and the letter's addressed directly to the tax fraud address given on the IRS website. For time's sake, I may have to restrict my complaints to the IRS and the Indiana State Attorney General's Office, since I have a pressing project which must be started.

I assume the IRS and the IN Attorney General's Office would be the most effective avenue for justice if complaint time is restricted. I wish I had time to file reports with all the legal agencies...

I'm wondering, too, what those of us with some unused ad credits should do with them. I'm half a mind to hold them as evidence, showing that STA turned them into "earned income".

What are your thoughts on the unused ads, hold 'em or blow 'em?

I, personally, would "hold 'em." Evidence, is right! Spending them would lend credibility (if only slight) to the other side.

I could use a second and third opinion.....

I'm a non US resident, and I haven't checked on my account for months. I stopped giving a rat's ass about them more than a year ago since they (admin and co.) showed me a lack of respect towards me on the chatroom/forum in the past.

There was even a time when YM/STA had a lot of members from Indonesia. It makes me wonder why the ex-members there never declared some kind of "jihad" on Kim and co. after all that's happened (hehehe...). I'm not from that country, but I'm just using them as an example to assume that many of those members just went away and ignored anything to do with them...and moved on.

I also choose not to do anything. No responses to their emails.....nothing! My account is still there, I suppose (why check on an account worth practically nothing?). I'm thinking, "What could they possibly do to hassle me? Let 'em try!", or "Why should I even give them the time of day? If I supposedly made $600, where is it?".

I feel I have nothing to worry about by simply ignoring them.......or do I?

Either way, screw 'em. Hopefully we will all see justice in 2007. The kind of stuff dreams are made of.....less time in court, more time in jail.

Happy holidays, everyone. (Not you, pro YM'ers!)

Giving the matter more thought, and having notified the IRS of the YMMSS/STA stunt, I think I will hold on to those useless ad credits. They are evidence.

I had considered using them to broadcast the truth about STA and Inman (you really should Google Inman--this ain't his first pony show).

That would probably get the ads pulled off immediately and my evidence would be gone...so I'll hold 'em.

Now, to address this:

"I also choose not to do anything. No responses to their emails.....nothing! My account is still there, I suppose (why check on an account worth practically nothing?). I'm thinking, "What could they possibly do to hassle me? Let 'em try!", or "Why should I even give them the time of day? If I supposedly made $600, where is it?".

I suggest you contact authorities in your country and get some answers. I have no idea whether you're in danger of getting socked with something stupid like we in the United States (are getting) or not. I wish I knew.

Can you contact a lawyer and find out? If I was in your shoes, I'd definitely try to find out whether you can safely let your account dangle or not.

I'm so glad I found this forum. It makes me feel empowered to actually DO something.

Happy Holidays!

It has been reported that Inman has claimed that transferring WAC back to STA will NOT even provide tax relief.

Read and discuss here: http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/sh...ad.php?t=4939&

Which shell is STA's "truth" under today???????????

Yes, it does take time for a company to see profits especially when it starts a new direction.

For any that want to get rich quick, YMMSS/STAy is and will not be the place for you-it takes times to build that kind of income. Keep your money and put it in a savings.

As far as those whose who put in a large amount, you knew it would be a gamble, nothing and i mean nothing is for certain. Do not blame anyone except for yourself for making that decision to put your hard earned money in that company. To put in more than you could afford, is just plain un-smart and you can only blame yourself. No one twisted your arm or held a club to your head and forced you to do it, you decided to do it on your own. You are and adult and you make your own decisions, so act like an adult and chalk it up for experience. So many want to get rich quick, there is no such thing-that is why YMMSS/STAy is and has been around is because they are not the so called over-nighters.

If you are in wait and i do mean wait and be patient-yes patient you will be rewarded in time. But if you choose to not wait then the best of luck and hopde you are successful at whatevery you choose to do.

That's plain old baloney.

Stop calling this organisation "a company" and the same goes to those who refer to its leaders as "admin". Those terms lend credibility to what is effectively an illegal online ponzi trying to cover its past tracks and millions of dollars in ponzi income, by masquerading as something less sinister in the hope that they will disappear from the radar of the authorities.

This is the YMMSS PONZI and always will be. It's irrelevent that people were sucked into it for whatever reasons. Ponzis are illegal. Plain and simple.

Yeah, that's rather interesting, but I don't care what Inman says any more. I wrote the IRS a dandy detailed letter explaining the whole sordid mess, and I'm waiting for their reply.

My brother is a CPA and a business manager for a school system, and if I don't hear back from the IRS, come tax time, I'll swallow my pride and ask big brother what to do 'bout the nasty false 1099s.

...And on a brighter note, Happy New Year to all of you!
