Let's not forget mods (past and present) and other supporters who knew what admin was up to. If these people think they're "off the hook", the joke's on them. They deserve it too.

Blessed, Viper, Martial Artist, Dinker, Cashmound, Suzanne, and others too numerous to mention.

No pity, no sympathy, no mercy!

Angry Hey.....

...you guys forgot to mention Alan. He was one of the "rude" ones when he was a mod. Even if he has changed his tune as of late, he has shown NO remorse for his power-trip attitude in the past.

And why has it been so quiet in here lately?

I am glad there is now a investigation underway now and I am sure that Justice will be served. I ask all victims of this scam to please start to post their losses in this thread.

I am so glad that I have found this thread.
I am also one of the many victims of Kim Inman's YMMSS.
My total payment to YMMSS was $770.00 plus $2.25 fees charged by YMMSS A total of $772.25 including fees
It will be a blessing if I can recover this loss as I am a disabled pensioner.

Thank you

HI WLD :

Good ! May we please have an update at your convenience. It would be most welcome !

I most SURELY would like to reclaim the $96,212 which I invested with these criminal scamming STA/YMMSS fraudsters KIM and MIKE. Yes, indeed: how very stupid I was to fall for all that hype, all those misleading promises.

They perpetrated " THEFT BY MISREPRESENTATION " and took / stole my Retirement Fund.

Then !! Absurdly ! They BANNED me !!! from the STA Forum when I asked about the fact that KIM and MIKE have NOT SOLD ANY STA ADVERTISING TO ANY BIG COMPANIES !!, personally, and in all good executive competence and ( NOT ) living up to their hype. AND I asked " What happened to the promise ,the gross felonious misrepresentation that STA would have 100,000 Investor-Members making over $100,000 per year by 2005 ?? " ?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

Merry Christmas ! :-)

AGREED !

These scam-abetting jerks BANNED !! me from the STA Forum when I asked online at the Forum :

"WHAT ??! ever happened to Kim's hyped promise that by 2005 STA would have 100,000 Investor-Members making over $100,000 per year / EACH ? " ?? I also asked what that Infamous Member , the hyped PR investor "Mr. HUMP", was doing for money these days now that Kim had robbed him of his earlier HI-STA-Income status ! ??

I was an absolute FOOL to let them steal $96,212 Retirement Funds from me .

EEK! Re: ymmss

Hello,

I just found your site through Googling about YMMSS.

I'm still a YMMSS/STA member, but I gave up reading those useless ads when I kept not getting paid.

I only lost a couple hundred or so, BUT today I received an e-mail from YMMSS claiming they're issuing me a 1099 because I made over $600.

That's an outright lie!

They've never paid me a cent.

I checked my back office and it's claimed I've earned $1,600.

SAY WHAT?!

I did not!

I e-mailed Support and told them I'd lost money, but I got a bunch of malarkey back about how, yes, I'd made money, but it's money that'll not be paid to me and will only be available for advertising.

Can somebody tell me if I'm actually going to owe TAXES on this nonsense when I haven't made a cent, and furthermore, actually LOST money?

I live in the USA, Indiana. Please tell me what authorities I need to contact about YMMSS. I need information!

Thanks so much for your site, and God bless.
