Hi ymmss'ers and sta'ers.

After over four years and losing over $100,000.00 and getting my mind untwisted on the amount loss, I have come down to earth and want to find out what has been happening since.

I have recently written to the State Secretary of Indiana afetr I received a check from the Receiver of 12DP, i.e. that's 12 Daily Pro to some of you who became involved while STA was in operation.

I thought I give it a go to write to the same receive and he advised me to contact the State Secretary of Indiana. And below is the reply:

Mr. XXXX,

Although I cannot comment on specifics of any investigation being conducted by this office, I can inform you that
we are aware of, and are investigating the activities of Mr. Inman.

Richard Neff has known about YMMSS for a long time. Must be SOME investigation!

If any of you still hanging around happens to live in NY, Stephen C. Rose, AKA Esto the YMMSS "kingpin" lives there and NY AG Andrew Cuomo seems to be smart and tough on crime. It might help to contact him?
