The IRS has claimed his 1/2 million dollar home in Vincennes,Indiana. Kim Inman is now living on 8th street with his live-in. Its his old house which he owns. Kim has been seen in his big black Chrysler 300 in town.

Default Re: ymmss Report Suspected Tax Fraud Activity

How Do You Report Suspected Tax Fraud Activity?

If you suspect or know of an individual or company that is not complying with the tax laws, you may report this activity by completing Form 3949-A. You may fill out Form 3949-A online, print it and mail it to:

Internal Revenue Service
Fresno, CA 93888

If you do not wish to use Form 3949-A, you may send a letter to the address above. Please include the following information, if available:

Name and address of the person you are reporting
The taxpayer identification number (social security number for an individual or employer identification number for a business)
A brief description of the alleged violation, including how you became aware of or obtained the information
The years involved
The estimated dollar amount of any unreported income
Your name, address and daytime telephone number
Although you are not required to identify yourself, it is helpful to do so. Your identity can be kept confidential.

Wondered how much anyone had contact on the fraudulent company of YMMSS owned by Kim Inman? I was a member of YMMSS and fell away from it after it had changed to the Sta ads. I did not think anything about it until I got a letter from The Internal Revenue Service a few days ago saying we failed to report income from a company called "Success through Advertising LLC"
I didn't even recognize the name until I looked it up on the internet and found that it was YMMSS and the Sta ads owned by Kim Inman. I had not even realized that they closed up shop as I had nothing more to do with them after 2005, except now the IRS is saying that there was something reported to the IRS and I never ever made a dime off them let alone had a 1099 sent to me. Apparently this has been one of Kim Inman's ideas in doing this to many others as I am finding out online.

How much info can you read? It's all right here, thanks to several tireless crusaders against Inman.

Confused Re: ymmss

can we still expect to hear anything at all on this site? it doesn't seem fair that WLD has said NOTHING for quite some time now. even the tireless crusaders have been quiet lately.

Angry Re: ymmss

I know what your saying. I have tried to contact World Law several times but never received an answer of any kind. I had received questionaire about YMMSS from Indiana Security Division. I filled it out and sent it in but never heard from them either. The last I heard was Mr. Inman was living in Vincennes, In. somewhere on 8th st. Supposedly IRS did take his 500,000 dollar home but not the one he lives in. I would also like an update!!

I filed a fraud document with the IRS and they (or at least some of them) seemed to know about him and his 1099 fraud. I got the feeling it was just a matter of time before he is arrested.

Make sure you do fill out that Indiana State doc, I did too!!
