Make a report to the Indiana Secretary of State Securities Fraud Division.
The head person is Paul Lawson as I recall or you can reach an assistant.

They will take your report and you may get an update as well. They will tell you some info they have to hold back.

Be truthful of course when reporting your amounts invested etc. as any false statement (even falsely fishing for information) at all is a crime.

The IRS is also involved and has interviewed some people, such as my colleagues.

Inman will be jailed don't worry. The wheels of Justice do move slowly, I must confess. No disagreement there.

"But perhaps most importantly, it is the state agency responsible for investor protection and education."

_____
About Our Office
The Indiana Secretary of State Securities Division is responsible for combating securities fraud here at home by making sure that securities activities occurring in the state are properly registered or qualify for appropriate exemptions. Securities—investments with different degrees of risk, and different expectations of return—can include stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other investments.

The Secretary of State's office also oversees Indiana's mortgage brokers, collection agencies, franchisors and continuing care retirement centers. But perhaps most importantly, it is the state agency responsible for investor protection and education.

Anyone can become a victim of fraud, regardless of level of education or professional experience. Con artists know how to gain an investor's trust and will prey on any vulnerability a victim may have.

Make sure you also report your losses to the Indiana Secretary of State securities fraud division if you have not done so. Paul Lawson is the guy in charge.

Inman's house sale is being blocked by the authorities it seems.

The wife's assets could also be taken if we are lucky--notwithstanding the "divorce" that finished up this summer.

I contacted agent to see if this was a forced sale to see if maybe all the scammed people would see some of their money back & here was her response....

This is just a regular listing with the sellers.

Is this something you might be interested in purchasing?

Angry Re: ymmss

I just contacted the Security Division. I talked to a gentleman about this situation. I asked about the YMMSS situation. He told me he would send me a complaint form to fill out. I told him I already had contacted the Indiana Attorney General and he had already turned all my information over to them. He asid he didn't have a record of it and didn't know what happened or anything about this scam. I asked for Paul Lawson but he just blew it away and said a complaint form would be sent, and be sure to send copy received from Attorney General. If this is how all complaints are handled ,no wonder nothing is resolved!! I hope someone else has better Luck than I did!
