You should call the Indiana Secretary of State, Securities and Fraud division.
Report what happened and how your funds were stolen etc., and you will see that Kim Inman is not getting away with what he did.

I think I'd feel better viewing that house after he's caught, tried, convicted, sentenced, and starting his "next" life.....if/when it does occur.

So far, it looks like he's still enjoying his "current" life.

His wife just divorced him, but she should not get any of that money. If she did we should haul her into the authorities as well.

yeah right, people all these scam will result in the majority of people not getting one red cent, lawyers will be the ones to benefit, if you think you were really scammed, pray and move on. Peace

The FBI has interviewed some people, and so has the IRS criminal division, and i think were at Inman's house this week.

Make sure you also report your losses to the Indiana Secretary of State securities fraud division if you have not done so. Paul Lawson is the guy in charge.

Inman's house sale is being blocked by the authorities it seems.

The wife's assets could also be taken if we are lucky--notwithstanding the "divorce" that finished up this summer.
