Cool Re: ymmss

I have filed the proper forms with the IRS and we are waiting to hear from them.
Those that didn't give back the free 160 credits are getting $1,600.00 more added to their total of wac's from the accelerator table and could amount to a lot of money they claim is owed. If a Law suit is ever filed I want to be involved to do my part in bringing the responsible people to justice. I didn't withdraw a penny the whole year of 2006. I made enough to buy 1 wac and gave all of them to members I got involved in YMMSS to run ad's with to try to make them some money because I felt I owed them something for doing so. This scam has cost us all and not just money. I joined YMMSS in October of 2004 and bought over $3,000.00 in EPC's. One of my $320.00 did cycle to $640.00. Thank God I saw what was happening and withdrew it. To those that lost much, much more I am sorry but, just maybe together we will prevail.

I too and my daughter that I put the money up for. We never ever recycled. Call it stupid of us, but we did it anyway. I guess you have heard that YMMSS is closing it's doors. Don't know why or if someone got ahold of them legally.

What ever it takes to take them down, I am game for it.

Hi folks,

Tax time is just around the corner, and it looks like we may not have all the answers we need regarding how to handle the FRAUDULENT 1099 by April 15th.

But don't panic...INSTEAD FILE A TAX FORM 4868, "AUTOMATIC EXTENSION FOR FILING TAXES UNTIL OCTOBER 15TH" This will give us additional time to seek out the answers.
Personally, I don't intend to even file the stupid 1099 to begin with, after all whose to say we even received it ! If the IRS comes back to me in a year or two with questions about it, well I've just bought that much more time to prove I never received one dime from these clowns, and by then KIM and Crew may be safely tucked away somewhere.

Here's where things stand as I know them:

I've been studying and posting on the discussions on YMMSS on MatrixWatch. This 1099 thing is a horribly confusing mess, and as best I can glean, it must be confusing the IRS, too.

I wrote the IRS a detailed letter months ago and so far have gotten no answer...

Now, I will be contacting the IRS personally at their office within the next few days, and I have another idea, as well, which may help all of us.

Please, don't think I'm bragging; I'm truly not: My brother is a CPA and a financial officer for a school system. He really knows his stuff and is totally honest. I hate to do it because I feel like such a fool for getting scammed by YMMSS, but the time has come for me to tell him all about this YMMSS mess and the bogus 1099s. We need his advice. I know my brother. I know he'll tell it straight. I'll post his reply for us all.

Of course, do your own research as well. We'll have to work together to get the help we need.

God bless...

I lost some money in this but I am not worried about the 440 or so I lost. But the good thing is that something is being done finally to make sure they cant scam again.

I would email world law directly if you have questions, they have been helpful to me and we just finshed an IRS audit that involved the YMMSS mess! It worked out great and I think Mr. Inman will see justice.

i had an interview with a female FBI agent. I was not told it was confidential so I assume I am permitted to say that I am very encouraged. A civil and criminal law double attack on Mr. Inman would be great.

I feel sooo bad for all of you!!!!! I certainly hope that these people go down in a BIG, BIG way!!!!! I was a victim of a scam, only I got sent a check for almost 3,000, claiming that I had won a big amount of money. I cashed the check and now a month later, the place that I cashed the check called and told me that the check was counterfeit and that the money needs to be paid back!!!!! So I really hope you all get the justice you DESERVE, and god willing, you get much more!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!
