Anyone dealing with this guy?

His story seemed way to good to be true going in. But it was a small investment and huge return. Key sign of something thats a scam I know.

I was investing profits so it was not a big deal if it turned out to be scam.

Anyhow, they did investments in forex.

Payout was supposed to be thye first week in Jan. When time came to pay out he claimed the funds had to go through Euroclear and then Homeland Security / Patriot Act.

It took almost a month for him to come back and say it has cleared Euroclear. Then he said there ar big delays in HLS/PA. Well the money has been tied up in HLS now for over a month. He now says the money was prematurely released for euroclear and that is why it is being delayed.

Does anyone know anything about forex, euroclear and HLS/PA. Is there any documentation anywhere that show the process of moneies coming into the US via a FOREX account.

His whole story seems likes bs to me. If you have info please post a link with this information. He could easily come into this forum and make up more stories.

It is a big scam and you should stay away!!!

Blah! Blah! Blah! I was in Vision Global in 2007 and did get paid with small delays. Stay out of the kitchen if you cant stand the heat. The problem is when things do not go right people start whining. Get a life loser! Also do not invest what you cannot afford to lose.

That does not mean that a person has to accept theft and fraud.

File with the SEC and the FBI and get others to do so. It does work eventually.
