I am in a Finical Bind and risk foreclosure their is money tied uo in an Estate is there a way I can access it quickly

Some lenders will due some diligence and loan you funds based on the estate.
Why is it tied up? What is hapening? |

Cant go to Banks Bad Credit, Greedy Sister in control of Estate.
