My parents have listed my brother, sister and my self as beneficaries. They said we all have the same say so. Is there any difference in the order we are listed ? What is the difference between beneficiary and co-beneficiary, rights and so forth.

Beneficiary is for their Will and Living Trust they have set up.

Well yes then you all have to agree or if you cannot then you go to court.
