Confused Daisy

My two daughters are the only \'blood\' relation to their father who
deserted them in 1970..he remarried, he died and had LARGE amount of
money
and property ... if they were not specifically mentioned in will, do
they
have any recourse to obtain a portion of the money?

He can refuse to give them any assets if he made a a will.

So that I understand, then...to answer the original question stated...there is no recourse to 'contest' the will. So then the case is closed?
