Unhappy I'll burn it DOWN!!

I am the partial beneficiary of a piece of propery My bro died and the next sis didn't want to mess with it.So my other sis in line says she has say so over it now and wants to sell it. It ain't worth nothin really, just sentimental value. By the time it was all split up none of us would get more than 1000.00 if that much.
Well I told her walla go I wasn't even going to think about selling the place Plus I need a place to live and would LOVE to take care of it.
She told me she would BURN IT DOWN THEN!! Idunno,, she might,Hate to say it about my sis but I beleive shes done it to a home she couldn't pay for b4.
Should I call the police in that county and report what was said?? I don't beleive it can be sold unless ALL of us kids sign and they've said You can take care of it as far as we care.I definately will take care of it and NOT sell it.
Money talks,,, often for me it just says goodby

As I know of in the state of California, if there is a conflict of keeping or selling. The court orders it to be sold. If possible would you be able to make an agreement as , you will pay the taxes if you stay or some kind of monetary agreement would be fair if you lived there. Or you can fix it up to get a better price. "" Important "" If you do decide to ANY agreement put it in writting if you don't it will be a nightmare.
