Default How long a person can come forward with a copy of a will...

I want to know how long a person can come forward with a copy of a will after the person that made the will revoked it and submit it for probate. Oh yea the person died 3 years ago. Estate has been settled. All legal notifications of her deathe were made public.

Default Re: HOW LONG????

The person would have to prove among other things that there was no way to get that information at the time the estate settled, and even then the court may not grant it.

It is not easy to come back to those cases once the estate is closed.
