My wife and I were pressured into signing a document by her mother and
brothers in a belgium consulate. The document was in flemish and we had no idea of what it contained. We subsequently found out that it gave all rights to the mother regarding my wifes late fathers will. She then gave all the estate to the brothers and left my wife out completely. Is this legal and is there way of contesting it. thankyou. P.lewis. |

You can file in court and argue you were misled and forced to sign under duress...etc
