Confused A trust that takes what's mine!

MY LATE HUSBAND HAS A TRUST, HE HAS NAMED HIS SISTER AS EXECUTRIX. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE MARRIED FOR TWENTY YEARS, WE BOUGHT A HOME TOGETHER AND WERE MARRIED WHEN HE PASSED. THE TRUST HAS GIVEN ME ONLY LIFETIME TENENDCY RIGHTS TO MY HOME, ALSO THE EXECUTRIX HAS SUED ME ON BEHALF OF THE TRUST STATING THAT SHE MADE HOUSE PAYMENTS. I WANT TO SELL AND GET ANOTHER PLACE, I WANT THE ACCOUNTS THAT ME AND MY HUSBAND HAD. I HIRED AN ATTORNEY OVER TWO YEARS AGO, AND THEY HAVE DRUG THEIR FEET, AND NOW ALL THE ASSETS HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED, AND THE STATUES HAVE RUN OUT ON HOW LONG TO FILE, AND THE EXECUTRIX IS DEAD. SO WHERE DO I STAND? MY ATTORNEYS ARE WAY TO LATE.

You may want to get a second opinion ASAP from independent counsel about where all this stands at this point...then move forth from there.
