My friends father died in May 2004 leaving each of his children an equal share in his estate. he made one of them his executor. the executor fell out with one of his sisters and has disappeared with her share, no one in the family knows where he is, except that he went abroad a year ago and she has not been able to find him. what can she do?

A private detective could probably locate him. You may file criminal charges as well if you have not done so--
World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
