Question copy of will

My aunt made a will then called it back and destroyed it thereby revoking it. Now a person is coming forward with a copy, 3 years after my aunt's death, saying that she is sole heir. She is not related and did not have contact with her for about 2 years before her death. Does she have a leg to stand on?

She may.

It is going to have to be determined how that will still exists and if it was made with the intent that it indeed be valid. And you will have to confirm why the revocation process let that copy still exist.

The will was made in March of 2002 and revoked in July of 2002. She had no contact with that person starting in July of 2002. So I am sure my aunt never called her to tell her that she revoked it. She didn't even know my aunt died until a month ago.
