Cool Deceased beneficiary

My father recently passed away and left no will. An insurance policy has been found with the beneficiary listed as my deceased sister. Does this policy go to her children or to the estate?

Default Re: Deceased beneficiary

Check with your insurer but the policy proceeds normally go as directed on the policy.
