I Inherited a Real Estate Property located in Florida - The Deceased lived in NJ - How do I transfer property into my name - I Have a Certified Copy of Will naming me as heir to the property & A certified copy of the Death Certificate ??? The executor (who has filed for probabe in NJ without an attorney) has told me it is my responsibility to do the transfer.
