Default Paternity request for Estate

I am involved in the estate of my husband--we have 2 minor children born within our marriage. He has 6 children from a previous marriage-can these 6 children require paternity testing on my children? My husbands name is on the birth certificates-never questioned paternity-received Va pension for the kids as well as social security for them.

Default Re: Paternity request for Estate

They can try to get an order but it is not likely to affect the property if the offcial records show him as the father and he acted as such all these years.
