Illinois Small Estate Affidavit
One of the conditions on the form of a small estate affidavit is that there be no known conflicts with the beneficiaries, if it is obvious with substantial proof that there is and the executor still fills out that form, will the Illinois court intervene with probate without the beneficiaries filing to probate the estate?
