copy of mystery will

my aunt died 3 years ago. she has no children. just 5 nieces and nephews. She was a bit of a recluse so there was not much communication.She lived in my father's house which she owned 1/3 and we owned the rest. My father died 10 years ago. we hired a lawyer and all the appropriate paperwork was done regarding announcements in the paper. No one came forward. No lawfirm with a will--NOTHING. Now the estate has been settled. Money dispursed. The only thing left is to sell the house. Which has been on the market for 6 months. All of a suddnen some lady who my aunt befriended but had no contact with for at least 2 years before she died, shows up with a copy of a will leaving everything to her. She is not related and really none of us no her at all.

What is going on?
