Hello, I have a question pertaining to Illinois estate law that I would like answered.
In the matter of the executor filing a small estate affidavit......... If the beneficiaries refuse to sign off on the final accounting, by law must the named executor have to file in probate? Any Illinois law you can provide in reguards to this question will be greatly appreciated. Thank You |
