Default Property Inherited thru will with no deed

My two brothers and I inherited approximately 440 acres of land. I contacted the register of deeds to request a copy of the deed and was sent a copy of the will. Aparently there is no deed. I want a deed for my third of the property. How would I go about having this done?

Your local title company can help you clean this up. The fee should be nominal. If you have any problems, let us know.
