Default Stepmother gets ALL

My father passed away in Ohio July 2007. As his only living child, I was informed by stepmom that everything was left to her in will. My stepsister was name executor. I have not been contacted or made aware of my name being in the will anywhere. Nothing has been left to me.....personal or of monetary value. I know that the will was drawn up by a lawyer because I was told that my step-sister is the executor. My father was not wealthy but he and my stepmother were awarded a large settlement when my younger brother was killed.
Wouldn't I be contacted if my name was anywhere in the will? How do I find out if I was named? Also, if I was NOT named, is there anything I can do?

Yes they would have contacted you.

If you suspect any fraud or improper action you can have legal counsel review and even file in court for additional information, if need be.
