My mother passed away she had two daughters and no husband. One daughter has one child and the other has two. The daughter with one child has been left the house and her child has been left one half of all the monies of the estate. The other daughter with two children has been left nothing and one of her children as been left the other half of the monies. Do you think that the daughter and child who have received nothing are entitled to something. The daughter who received nothing was living in the house for 23 years (but not at the time of death) while the other daughter only lived there for nine years. The daughter who received nothing was no on speaking terms with the deceased for five years prior to death but had resolved their difference six months before death. Any advice would be welcomed.

They might be as a moral issue, but if the will is valid there is normally little you can do.
Contesting the will is difficult and requires a solid reason such as fraud etc. |
