Default son's estate

My son died 5 years ago at age 37. My ex was executor and took control of everything. Is it too late to sue my ex for half my son's estate who lived in Massachusetts. Thank you.

Default Re: son's estate

It will not help to have waited so long to become involved.

But you may still have some rights, some may have been waived.

Best perhaps to meet with counsel to review details and then decide.
