Concerned............
My father passed away a little over a year ago. He had left my brother as the executor of the trust. I feel he is not being honest about the handling of his trust. My father had left everything equally to all four of his children. We have only met with the lawyer once and he has since left that law firm. I have never talk to the other lawyer, should they be advising me of whats going on with my fathers trust? My brother, the executor, gives me little details about what's going on. And not only that, the house still isn't up for sale. I heard from others that my brother has been using my father's credit card to purchase things on-line. I am very concerned with the hold situation and don't want to loose everything that was supposed to be left for me or my other siblings. Are we ALL liable for all debits that were and still in his name? Do I have the right to talk to someone at the law firm that is handling my father trust? Will that cost me to see the laywer or would it come out of the trust?

Hoe a few hundred dollars a lawyer can at least look over the situation and advise you.
Would seem to be a good idea. |
