Exclamation Evil Sibs

I have a 2 siblings & all 3 of us are estranged. Further we were estranged from our father. In the end 1995 , my eldest sibling swooped on my father to pick the bones off this wastrel. I have records she got him to sign her as his beneficery to something over $130,000.What she couldn't move on was his principal dwelling which he purchased for $35,000 in 1995. She attempted to get me to bite for $10,000. In effect she is valuating a home that cost $35,000 twelve years ago , for $30,000 today. Well I'm not as stupid as perhaps I look and some preliminary inquiries with area realtors seems to indicate at least 50K today and perhaps more now that Uranium mining is set to begin again there. She has told me that "your share is in cash , not property (Huh? What?)". I said I wish to have keys so realtors can come in to valuate its true market price (hardly unreasonable). She once said she would then backed down. Then threats to have me arrested by her security people followed if I "stepped on the property or showed arrogance".This is in Ontario Canada by the way. Anyway , I want to serve papers on her to compell her to surrender keys so realty agents can valuate the property towards maximizing my rightful inheritance. What sort of hourly rate is typical for lawyers who deal in this form of law? Can you tell me other things I should be aware of & is there any chance you could recommend me lawyers in the Toronto area who deal in this sphere of legality?

You can ask the court to intervene if the matter is not being handled fairly and honestly.

Any significant asset should be fairly valued, and by professionals.

She could be removed if she is not acting reasonably.
