Aunt lj
My sister died 14 years ago. My uncle was named executor of her estate but the money went to the father to put in the bank for the child till he was 18. He is now 18 and the father willnot give the child money or the executor an accouting of where the money is and how much there is. What can we do?

He can take the trustee to court and a judge will order it done.
And make the trustee pay if he acted improperly. |
