wills and divorce when kids are involved
I am divorced but pay child support {for now} if I do a will can I exclude
my exwife or kids from getting anthing? Can they contest this? i am in Fl. and want to plan for the future. |

You don't have to give anything to your ex wife or your adult kids. Minor kids may get some assets by state law...
State law does provide for a current wife-- to prevent her from being cut out. |
