Default Name Eliminated From Obituary

My father pasted away in September 2007. I never knew he died until a friend contacted me in October wishing condolences. My brothers purposely omitted me from the obituary in the newspaper and purposely did not contact me about his death. Now I am dealing with closure issues over how he died and not being able to attend the funeral and not being recognized as a sibling. Is there anything I can do about this or should I just deal with it?

Default Re: Name Eliminated From Obituary

You could have an auditor review what happened with the estate.

You could sue for emotional damages as well but it may be a complicated case, and expensive.
