Sis executrix on a power trip

My sister is the executrix of my parents will. We both are heirs. Has not been probated yet. She has stolen my key to the family home ( while I was at the home taking pictures to sell the home) and won't give it back. Do I have any recourse or is she the one "boss of this game?" She is not letting me in on anything going on and has actually put a PFA on me so I can't contact her. I feel very uneasy and think she is up to something. Any suggestions?

That is odd. If she is doing something wrong you could file in court and have her removed. She should be keeping you informed and failure to do so would be a breach of her obligations.

She has actually told her attorney that I want a key to run drugs out of the house, "my" house which is laughable. I believe this is slander and I will be getting an attorney to assist me. I got this info through my attorney trying to get the key. My other option, since I own the house, is to take a locksmith, policemen and myself and go to the house and have the locks chaged and just make sure everyone gets a key. THAT may get interesting; it' will get me access into my own home,anyway. Thanks for the post.
