Default next of kin "will"

I am a student at ucsd, and have never gotten a spam or fake email, whats troubling is this message, and not sure what to make of it, sound slike fraud to me ?

""" BARRISTER CHARLES KING
CHARLES KING’S CHAMBERS.
PLOT 1914 IJU, VICTORIA ISLAND LAGOS.

Dear Badillo,
I crave your indulgence as I contact you in such a surprising manner. I am
Barrister Charles King, a legal practitioner, I am the personal attorney to Mr.
Scott Badillo, a national of your country, who used to work with Julius Berger
construction company, here in Nigeria. On the 27th of January 2003, my client, his
wife and their three children were involved in Ikeja bomb blast here in my
country.

My client and his family unfortunately lost there lives. Since then I have made
several enquiries to your embassy to locate any of my clients extended relatives,
this has also proved unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful attempts, I
decided and did some research on the internet, to locate any member of his family.
Hence I contacted you.

I have contacted you to assist me in repatriating the funds left behind by my late
client before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank where
these huge deposits were lodged. Particularly, the African Development Bank Group,
Lagos Branch where my client deposited US 7.5 million dollars.

The Bank has issued me a notice to provide the next of kin or have the Account
confiscated within the next Fourteen official working days.
Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over some years now I
seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the deceased, so that the
proceeds of this account valued at US 7.5 million dollars can be transferred to your
account there in your country, then you and i can share the money. I have all
necessary legal documents that back up the claim we may make. All I require is your
honest co- operation to enable us see this transaction through.

I guarantee that this will be executed under legitimate arrangement that will
protect you from any breach of the law. Please indicate your readiness to assist me,
so that all the information about this funds will be passed to you immediately. You
should send to me your full names and your private telephone numbers for easy
communications. And also assure me of your trust and remember that the trust in
business is confidentiality.

You can view the website to confirm the explosion.

I await your response.

Best regards,
Barr. Charles King.

My name is Mr jerry price i am a realtor agent in veriginia, i will like to shear my own experience about the issue of fraud scam mail which my people of the united state think it is. I WILL WANT EVERY ONE TO KNOW THAT THE WHOLE THING, some are LEGIT because i got an inherance as a next of kin from NIGERIA before i was doubting that the whole thing is a fake but now i can realyrealy beleive IT.

But some kind of fraud mails also come from the country, this was wath my reperesenting attorney told me that they are doing there best to see that they get such people to book and before i got my self into it i praid and all things worked out for good and i got the inheriance for real.

So the only advice i will give to you is to STOP demolishing the image of nigerians because the badonce have realy made some of the goodonce to be seen as a bad person.

So my dera citizens of America dont detriment the image of NIGERIANS, Right now i am the owner of 5.8million dollars this was with the help of nigerians .

HAVE A WOUNDERFULL CO-OPERATIN WITH THEM and all i will say is for you to be positive in everything you Do LIFE IS ALL ABOUT RISK.

Mr Jerry Jr Price.

So i will will sy to you people of my country to be belive it all is for truth but you need to have the mind to move and to be great in life as i am
